    This is an occasion not to be missed ….Please mark your diary for Tuesday 27th July to hear a prominent International Speaker Dr. Julianna Slattery talk on Guilt-Free Motherhood and Finding the Hero in your husband.

    Dr. Slattery is from Focus on the Family US and has a significant world-wide ministry to families. Recognised for her ability to communicate deep Biblical truths couched in the humorous anecdotes of daily living, Dr. Slattery has been a featured speaker at community groups, churches and on worldwide radio, which is heard by more than 300 million people each day.  

    Dr. Slattery is an Author of Five books and She holds a Doctorate and Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology; a Master of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She and her husband, Michael, are the parents of three boys.

    The Venue is: EV Church 331 Terrigal Drive Erina.

    The Alpha Course

    What is it?


    The Alpha Course consists of a series of talks addressing key issues relating to the Christian faith.

    Supper/Desert There is a light meal or desert together at the beginning of each session which gives people a chance to get to know each other.

    Talk After each talk we divide into small groups to discuss the topic of the evening, ask questions and express opinions.

    Coffee & Small groups Listen, learn, discuss and discover. And ask anything. Alpha is a place where no question is too simple or too hostile.

    Gift Fit Workshop / Consultation

    7th September to 7th September

    Explore the possibilities! Where and how can your gifts be used to bless others and reach out.
    Participants will have already completed their NCD Gift profile (using the 3
    Colors of Ministry Book) and know their gift mix (Manifest and Latent). Together we will identify and discuss possible ministries and ways to serve using your God given gifting.
